Ikon Pass Ski Group Northeast invites you to…. Utah Ski Adventure Alta/Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton, Deer Valley and Snow Basin!

*** Due to current fuel prices, at this time the shuttle companies will not quote us a definite price.  Because of this our pricing is approximate based on current pricing.   This price is subject to possible fuel surcharges.

Our hotel is located right next to the bus stop for the Utah Ski Shuttles that goes to Alta/Snowbird and Solitude and Brighton (2 separate shuttles.  Both of these shuttles are free to Ikon Pass holders.   Because of this we will have access to these mountains daily.  In addition, we will have a shuttle going to Deer Valley for 3 days and a shuttle going to Snow Basin for 1 day.

• 7 nights hotel at Hampton Inn Salt Lake City Cottonwood
• Daily Breakfast
• 3 days with shuttle to Deer Valley to be arranged
• 1 day with shuttle to Snow Basin to be arranged
• Welcome Reception Sunday evening
• There is a free ski shuttle for Ikon pass holders to Alta/Snowbird and Solitude and Brighton right outside our hotel.
• Round trip air out of Boston via Jetblue (see flight details below)

Hampton Inn Salt Lake City Cottonwood

You’ll find us off I-215, at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon. We’re within half an hour of the Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird ski resorts and hiking in the Big and Little canyons. Downtown Salt Lake City and the airport are about 20 minutes away. Relax in our heated indoor pool and whirlpool. Hot breakfast and WiFi are free.  

*** This hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but there are both within walking distance.  The hotel has also agreed to allow us to use their meeting room as our living room for our welcome reception  The biggest advantage to this hotel is it is the only hotel that I can find where we can walk to both ski buses that goes to the big and little cottonwoods.

Saturday March 11th flight #647 departs 7:30PM  Arrive SLC 11:01PM

Saturday March 18th flight #648 departs SLC 11:55PM arrives Boston 6:29AM (March 19th)

Includes 2 checked bags.  Does not include a carry on bag but you can have a personal item that fits under the seat.

land only

Deduct $575 for land only rate.   If you book land only you will be responsible for your airport transfers in Utah.

– All names must be written as they appear on Photo ID, plus middle initial, date of birth and gender   

– Trip Cancellation/ Interruption insurance highly recommended

**Transfers in Utah could be subject to fuel increase. Will advise before final payment

Payment Policy

Initial $100  non refundable Deposit to reserve your spot while available.  Remaining balance can be paid by check or credit card (3% fee) directly to Riteway Travel.

2^nd deposit of $500 due by August 15, 2022

3^rd payment of $500 due by November 15, 2022

Remaining balance due by January 5, 2023

Cancellation Policy
$100 deposit is non refundable. 

2^nd 2 payments is refundable until December 10^th, after that it is non refundable. 

Final payment due by January 5^th, 2023 and is not refundable.

$100 fee for name changes

After January 5^th air is not refundable in any way and no credits or vouchers can be issued.
